VINEYARD
From plots of land in the municipality of Ome area (province of Brescia).
VINIFICATION
The perfectly ripe grapes, that still have a hint of acidity, are vinified separately and fermented at a temperature of about 18 °C. Part of the chardonnay must is fermented and aged in small wooden barrels.
BOTTLING
In the springtime, a select panel of expert tasters recommends which blend should be the vintage.
AGEING PROCESS
The wine is bottle-aged on lees for at least 36 months.
AROMA
Mature and varied, there are predominant tertiary aromas.
FLAVOUR
A full wine, revealing the elegance and sophistication that can only be bestowed with the passing of time to one of the finest Franciacortas.
PAIRING
Suits high-quality dishes, even elaborate or well-seasoned ones.
