The skilful distillation of skins that come exclusively from the Majolini vineyards produces a base grappa that is then aged for around five years in small durmast barrels.
This ageing process is behind the grappa’s characteristic amber colour, its intense and unwavering bouquet and its mouth-filling, mellow flavour.
