BRUT MILLESIMATO “Electo”

 

It possesses the taste and the self-assurance that a great personality obtains with the years. Mature and complex, it finds itself perfectly at ease in important occasions.

 

GRAPES
Chardonnay about 80%, Pinot Noir about 20%

WINE-MAKING
Once perfectly mature though with a hint of acidity, the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are vinified separately and fermented at approximately 16-18°C. A part of the Chardonnay must is fermented and refined in small wooden barrels.

BOTTLING
In Spring a panel of expert tasters decides the cuvée of the millesimato.

REFINEMENT
The wine is aged on the yeasts in the bottle for at least 60 months.

BOUQUET
Fully developed in which tertiary aromas predominate.

TASTE
Full, it shows the elegance and refinement that can only be achieved with time. That’s the reason why it can be included within the best wines produced in the district of Franciacorta.
