The wine of the forgotten pile, survived and aged regardless of memory, just like an elegant timeless sea-green dress pulled out from the bottom of a closet.


Chardonnay, Pinot Noir

When they become fully ripe, the grapes are picked, pressed gently and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of roughly 18°C. After pressing, some of the Chardonnay is fermented and refined in small wooden barrels.

The cuvée is produced in spring and the blended wine is put in bottles together with yeasts.

The wine is aged on the yeasts in the bottle for at least 48 months.

Broad, blunt, with floral notes.

Fruity, persistent and very balanced.
